The agreement between you and Mellou.

Mellou is a family assistant that operates inside messaging platforms and connected services, currently in early access.

Users must be adults; parents or guardians are responsible for information they enter about children; one account per adult. Users are responsible for keeping their Mellou credentials safe and keeping the devices that have access to their messaging platforms, in their own possessions. If the access to the device that's used to chat with Mellou is lost, the user must inform the Mellou team of this, so that access to your assistant can be temporarily closed.

Users authorise Mellou to read and act on connected calendars, email and other tools within the permissions you grant. Users can revoke access to these connected tools at any time. When using connected accounts, third-party terms from these connected accounts also apply.

Mellou shall not be used for unlawful use. Attempts to break or reverse-engineer the service is strictly prohibited. Users shall not enter data about people they have no right to share.

Mellou is an assistant, not a guarantee: it can misunderstand or miss things; users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions, especially when related to the safety of children.

Pricing of early pilots have been agreed with each of the pilot families. When Mellou is released to the waitlist in beta, the pricing of the assistant will be free or as communicated at the time of the access to the service. Future pricing will be announced in advance and users of Mellou have the right to cancel at any time.

Limitation of liability is to the extent permitted by Finnish law. Mellou is not liable for indirect losses.

Finnish law applies; disputes will be resolved in Helsinki courts or via the Consumer Disputes Board. These terms are subject to changes. If terms are changed in a significant way that may affect the user's choice to use the service, an update email will be sent to all users.
